How much do you charge for a new logo or to design the packaging for my business?
Let's just say, I'm a trained professional :)
If you think a logo should cost @ $50-$100 then I am not the designer for you. I do not do spec work.I do not work for free.I know, seems silly to state this, but honestly, you would not believe the emails I get from people asking me to design a logo for them and if they like it, they will pay me $50 bucks for it. I find it, well, insulting :) So please, don't ask :)
So you are a trained graphic designer? What does that mean?
It means I went to college and have a BA in art. I have been a graphic designer for well over 15 years and have worked for some of the best firms in Boston. Most recently, I was a Vice President and Art Director for a large design firm on Newbury Street, Boston.
I specialized in Annual Reports. Luckily I left my job {to start a family} just as the Annual was dying out and the web was taking over. Most people hire me to create an entire brand for their company. I essentially become their design partner... I love it. Trust me, your company will benefit from working with a professional designer.

Yes, I do have a lot of photos of my kids. I love them. I can't help myself. I try to balance design and family but a lot of times, family wins out. I'm going to try to be better about featuring my work on my blog.
But the beauty of having your own blog is... you can do what you want! So I am not going to apologize :)
