They were right! We got snow... and a lot of it. We {ok, Neal and the kids} are digging us out from under. We have over a foot of snow and it is still coming down. The kids are just loving it. The snow is soft and fluffy and I do see a snowman in our future.
I'm trying to take advantage of them being outside to get the inside cleaned up and ready for the holiday. We are hosting again this year so the house needs to be cleaned and the final decorations done. I'm also taking the time to go through the kids closets + toys. So many toys that they have outgrown. So off they will go to a charity.
We made another batch of homemade dark chocolate chip cookies yesterday. Later today we'll make a bunch of sugar cookies + some more truffles. For Tuesday, I volunteered to do a craft for William's school. It's for the entire level 1, which is about 75 kids. I decided we will make reindeer food. I'll write up a post so you can see what I did. I think it will be really cute.
