:: spring is here...
Last week I venture outside in the cold weather + cut down some forsythia branches. I crushed the ends and then placed them in vases around our house. I know Spring is technically here, but it's still cold and nothing has bloomed :( But these branches are ready to pop. I have some branches that have already popped, but I forgot to take photos of them :(
Yesterday afternoon the temperature reached 58 degrees. Which felt like summer! It was just too nice to be inside working, so I took a few hours and worked in the garden. Cleaning up and prepping for a new veggie garden we are planning on. I'm so excited to grow vegetables this year.
William is SO into Indiana Jones. Lego's has been promoting the film and they have a whole new series based on the movies. Which is great, but we really don't need anymore legos, but we might have to get him at least one new set featuring Indiana.
Above, is William's Indiana Jone's stance. {he thinks this jacket looks like Indiana's... } He and Davis have been playing outside, using his jump rope as a whip, wearing his cowboy hat, and Davis playing Maryanne. Their imaginations are so wonderful. It's funny, yesterday at school, I heard him yell out to a friend, "close your eyes, don't look into the light!" How cute is that? Words, right from the first movie. I love it!
That upturned collar is killing me, it's so cute!

most definitely never enough legos. except when you're responsible for picking them up. i think i was more excited for indiana jones legos then my kids. we rented the tv series young indiana jones from netflix awhile back and they loved the show. that is definitely an indiana jones look william has on. very cool.

Yes Wiliam truly does look like Harrison Ford aka Indiana Jones. So sweet.
