birds of a feather, flock together…

I'm a graphic designer, who's also a full.time mum.

I have my own graphic design studio that allows me to do what I love, while still being around the ones i love.

I really miss the daily conversation + interactions I use to have in my old life as an art director in the city – talking about paper, printing, + good design. I miss my daily latte at the funky coffee shop, the crazy guy who rode his tricylcle up and down newbury street while hollaring {to let people know he was coming + to move!} i miss the little boutiques and all the great little finds that made my day. i even miss the cranky meter maids...

Despite missing all those things, i wouldn't trade any of it for this life with my family: neal, my partner in crime, my two adorable kids, william {4} + davis {2} and our two labs: montana + dakota. i love our 280 year old house. {and a good thing i do, as both my husband + i work out of our house)

As i trolled the internet i found some great sites and blogs. i became inspired + motivated to share. for those who know me, know, i'm a talker :) – here's hoping to find other like-minded peeps, who appreciate design in all aspects of life with a little (ok, a lot) of kids thrown in.
